Link, founded in January of 2002, was
the fusion of the high-tech, high-touch
recruiting paradigm. The synthesis of
process automation, intelligent selection
software (high-tech) and knowledgeable
niche focused specialists (high-touch),
corporations utilized Hiring Link to
reach more hidden, passive and diversity
candidates than ever before. Bill piloted
the fund raising, management recruitment,
and business development of Hiring Link.
In April of 2003, Bill and Hiring Link
joined with a member of the Inc. 500
Hall of Fame, The Spencer Reed Group,
Inc., to bring innovative talent acquisition
and career management solutions to the
market.
