I'm a decentralized Ai pioneer, investor, and multi-exit entrepreneur based in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and worldwide. I've spent over 25 years building companies from concept to scale — including a tech-enabled services company that reached $3 billion in revenue within its first four years.
I hold patents in Ai and blockchain, and I've built and advised companies across fintech, real estate, human capital, and media.
My primary purpose today is Beneficial AGI (BGI) — helping ensure that the general intelligence we're building benefits all of humanity.

02 — A Note About Ai
We're currently in the era of artificial narrow intelligence (ANI), where Ai can count something, write something, or draw something for you. But we're rapidly approaching artificial general intelligence (AGI) — and it's important that everybody takes a role and a responsibility in shaping AGI.
Below you can see the three phases of Ai. My goal is to help guide us through the first and second phases in a way where we work with Ai to create a new intelligence that helps humanity and the planet.

AGI — intelligence that can reason and act across domains the way a human can. Beneficial AGI, known as BGI, is where the planet has a say in how this Ai operates.
ASI is when Ai is as smart as everybody on the planet at once. This is a brave new world — and we must make sure we train AGIs to create superintelligence with humanity in mind.
