Bill Inman founded Talenting in 2017 with co-founders Dan Austin, Shankar Ramalingam, Sal Pazhoor, Vinny Kumar, and Jim Janesky. The Talenting team creates proprietary technology and IP leveraging artificial intelligence and blockchain. Talenting's goal was to immutably store career information from disparate sources in the blockchain and leverage the data and AI to create a Career Score that would revolutionize hiring efficiency and cost.
Talenting is excited to have been acquired by Job.com, an emerging tech leader in the space. Together the companies will combine resources to help make hiring and engaging workers easier and finding the right job faster.
