I'm a decentralized AI pioneer, investor, and multi-exit entrepreneur based in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and worldwide. I've spent over 25 years building companies from concept to scale — including a tech-enabled services company that reached $3 billion in revenue within its first four years.
I hold patents in AI and blockchain, and have built and advised companies across fintech, real estate, human capital, entertainment, and media.
Today my primary focus is Personal AI — helping people and organizations build AI Twins they own, govern, and profit from. My mission: empower 1 billion people to take AI personal.
02 — Definition
Artificial Intelligence is the ability of machines to perform tasks that normally require human cognition — reasoning, learning, perceiving, generating language, recognizing patterns, making decisions. Modern AI systems don't follow step-by-step scripts; they learn from data at scale.
I think about AI across three layers — and I believe the third is the most urgently underbuilt:
AI trained for specific tasks — image recognition, voice assistants, recommendation engines, fraud detection. This is where most deployed AI sits today.
AI capable of performing any intellectual task a human can. We are approaching this horizon. It will reshape every industry, institution, and individual on Earth.
AI trained on your data, voice, values, and expertise — governed by you, working for you. This is the layer I'm building. It's why I created Angel Twin and Dectec.
03 — Urgency
AI is not a trend. It's a fundamental restructuring of how humanity creates, communicates, learns, earns, and governs itself. Every major sector — real estate, finance, healthcare, education, media — is being rebuilt around AI capabilities.
The people and organizations that understand AI, adopt it intentionally, and own their piece of it will lead the next era. Those who wait will find themselves displaced — not by robots, but by the humans who chose to act first.
My core belief: The most dangerous position in the AI era is passivity. AI won't wait for you to be ready. The question isn't whether AI will change your world — it will. The question is whether you shape it, or it shapes you. Everything I build is designed to answer that question with action.
